At Cosmetic Waisted, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our shipping and returns policy before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within – two business days

  • $100 wig sale shipping is a high demand sale shipping time is 7-21 business days depending on location!

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15 via USPS

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing

International Shipping:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $25

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after order processing

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

  • Absolutely no returns are accepted unless an error is made on our behalf (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • If an error occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for a resolution.

  • To report an issue, email cosmesticwaisted@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the error, and clear photos of the product received.

  • Once verified, we will provide instructions for an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

  • Cosmetic Waisted is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact USPS or your local postal service directly for assistance with delivery issues.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Cosmetic Waisted.
